Cancellations: We can not cancel orders from this email address. If your child has to miss school for any reason, you must contact the cafeteria manager no later than before 9 am of the day the child is going to miss school. If you child will be missing multiple dates, let the cafeteria manager know which days they will be absent. Once cancellation is confirmed by the cafeteria manager, a store credit will be issued. You will find the contact information for your school's cafeteria manager on the login page of your account. More info can be found on our cancellation page.
