If your child has to miss school for any reason on the day of delivery, you must contact the cafeteria manager no later than before 9 am of the day the child is going to miss school. If your child will be missing multiple dates, let the cafeteria manager know which days they will be absent. Once cancellation is confirmed by the cafeteria manager, a store credit will be issued. You will find the contact information for your school's cafeteria manager on the login page of your account. If the lunch item is still showing on the Order Calendar you can cancel the order yourself and receive and instant credit.

For all other emails: We will always work fast to make sure your comments and questions are handled correctly and aim to reply within 24 hours. **not including weekends.
