Cancellations: We can not cancel orders from this email address. If your child has to miss school for any reason, you must contact the cafeteria manager no later than before 9 am of the day the child is going to miss school. If you child will be missing multiple dates, let the cafeteria manager know which days they will be absent. Once cancellation is confirmed by the cafeteria manager, a store credit will be issued. For emails, we will always work fast to make sure your comments and questions are handled correctly and if appropriate we will aim to reply within 24 hours. **not including weekends. Please include, the child's name, school and class / teacher in all correspondence. It's also advisable to include your phone number in case your issue is time sensitive and we need to speak to you right away.
