Cancellations & Credits
All cancelled school days (Snow days etc.) automatically cancels the lunches for that day or time period. All orders are credited back to their respective accounts as soon as we can make it happen. Also please take note that we can not move a missed meal to a different date. You would have to cancel the original lunch for the day the child will be missing and reorder using the credit. See details below.
Account credits are kept on the account until used. Therefore at the end of the year they roll over to the next year.
To Cancel an order yourself:
If the date you wish to cancel is still within the 3 day window (you can still see the menu), go to the “Order” tab to cancel the order. Simply find the date you wish to cancel and tap or click on the ordered item (appears in WHITE) to cancel/credit your purchase. From there choose Cancel with Credit. The credit will be immediately applied to your account and the item removed from your history tab. You can now immediately use the credit towards your next purchase. Note that if on the following purchase, the total amount is the same or less than the credit on your account, you will automatically bypass the payment page in the shopping cart.
To Cancel an order during the delivery cycle:
If the order cycle has passed and is no longer showing on the menu you will have to contact the cafeteria manager at the school. If it's for the same day you will have to contact the cafeteria manager BEFORE 9am.
You can find the contact information for your school on your account page after you login. All credits can be used against future purchases.
PLEASE NOTE: You can cancel multiple days at once if you know how long your child will be absent which will save you from calling in everyday. Lunches can only be cancelled. We can not move them to a different day.
End of Year Credit: Credits stay on the account until used therefore they are carried forward to the next school year. If for some reason your child will no longer be with the school (graduating or moving) contact us at the end of the year before July 8th and we will arrange for a refund of the total credits left on the account. If you miss the refund deadline you will have to reach out to us when school starts in September.
